| Bio | After having recently taken early retirement from a successful teaching career I am now looking for part-time, remote opportunities. I have extensive experience teaching in Secondary schools in Merseyside. I have taught ICT, Religious Education and English all to GCSE Level. I achieved my SENCO award in 2014 and have since worked as a SENDCO and Assistant Principal in an Outstanding Alternative Provision secondary school. As part of my role as Assistant Principal I was also Designated Deputy Safeguarding Officer, Designated Teacher for Looked After Children, Examinations and Data Lead as well as line manager to a number of departments and all Teaching Assistants. I was also Designated Mental Health Lead after completing the Senior Mental Health Lead Training in 2021. I have also been teaching English as a Foreign Language for 2 years and have a broad client base that I wish to increase. |
